At Wall Art Prints, we want you to love your new view; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your artwork within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the print in its original protective tube or flat-pack box to ensure it remains free of creases or damage during transit.
Ship the Artwork
Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned art, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
